Everything I sell is guaranteed to be as described and if you are in any way disappointed with your purchase then please let me know. The item can be returned, if you so wish, for a full and immediate refund. However, please do let me know before returning unwanted goods.

Payment:
I accept payment by cheque or bank draft in pounds Sterling, Paypal and all major credit/debit cards-Maestro, Solo, Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

Shipping:
Shipping/postage is charged at cost. All items are carefully packed to ensure safe transit and are fully insured against loss or damage. I use Royal Mail or a courier service-UPS, Fedex etc.

VAT:
There is no VAT (value added tax) on books and maps.
